The only thing we have power over in the universe is our own thoughts. ~ Rene Descartes

For as long as you and I have been alive, we have been conditioned to Believe what we do so that we will think and act in accordance with those belief's. This is what creates a society.

Get good grades in school so you can go to college so you can get a good job to buy a house and raise a family.  (Or) The more money you make the more successful you are, and the more stuff you can buy the happier you will be. Sound vaguely familiar?

Often the "Times have Changed" or "Things change"  which causes us to re evaluate our old ways of thinking, and that is what causes us to change our beliefs.

Carefully consider the below and see if it just might make more sense to you in these times...

You can never change things by fighting an existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the old model obsolete. ~ Buckminster Fuller

If A=B=C, then obviously A=C. Right? Simply connect the dots and apply logic to gain a better understanding of our reality.
As Judge Judy says, "If it doesn't make sense, it isn't true"
If you are like me, it can really help to see how something works to better understand it. Especially if it is a new concept.
See amazing videos showing and explaining how and why life really is an illusion, and how we couldn't possibly be our physical bodies.
When Science, Religion, Philosophers and the Mystics all say the same thing, chances are very good they are on to something.
Whatever it is ~ there can be only one truth. Yet as we all know, there are many paths leading to it...
Everyone has "stuff" going on. Could trying a new and very different approach create a new and very different result?
When we believe our problems are out there, its a bit like trying to comb the mirror. Once we realize our problems are internal, we can begin to comb our hair, and see the mirror reflect it.
As Shakespeare famously said in Hamlet "All the world's a stage and we are merely actors playing our roles"

Wouldn't better knowing our character and our role give us more confidence and allow us to give a better performance?
Who doesn't like a good head scratcher every once in a while?
Somethings just don't seem to make sense, until you gain a new and proper perspective of them. Then its a whole ball game..
