Happiness

Especially in Western culture, we are conditioned to find happiness "out there". Many will seek it in a new relationship, better job, by moving or purchasing new and nicer "stuff". 

~ But as the enlightened have learned, the shiny quickly wears off leaving them repeating the same process over and over again. 

Didn't Einstein say something about the definition of insanity being repeating the same action and expecting a different result? Then by simply trying something different one can only experience a different result - One that is much more lasting, and within our control...
